Training Plan 2/24/13

I’m hoping that this weeks provides more rest from the weariness of this past week.

I’m also hoping for a bit more structure to my studying, running, and family time.

Here is the plan for the week:

Sunday: 4 miles easy

Monday 3×800 before school

Tuesday: 6 miles, 4 at tempo

Wednesday: 4 miles easy after school

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 3 miles easy/rest before work

Saturday: Point Bock Run (5 mile race)
