Training Plan 3/3/13

Here’s hoping for a wonderful training week!  I don’t have my clinical class during March, so I’m hoping for some good middle of the week runs.  But, I am working a little bit more, so I’ll have to try to schedule things carefully.

Sunday: Recovery run…the plan is to just shake out my legs and see how they feel after pushing it at the Point Bock Run.

Monday: 4

Tuesday: 5 with some inclines

Wednesday: 6 easy

Thursday: 3 before work

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 11

There is an intentional lack of intervals this week.  I think I’ll call the race my ‘interval’ training for the week.  Actually, I just want to make sure that I take it easy enough to recover and then have enough energy for an 11 mile attempt on Saturday.
