Loved starting the week off with a race. Even though it was brutally cold, I still managed a decent (by my standards) effort.
Sunday: Two Rivers 10 Mile Finished in 1:31:17!
Monday: 3-4 mile recovery run before school 3.5
Tuesday: 4 miles 4.2
Wednesday 5×800 intervals (it’s been a while) 5×800
Thursday: 3 miles before work 3 easy
Friday: rest Rest
Looking forward to tackling my long run on Saturday morning, followed by a day of watching my sister play in the alumni volleyball tournament. (I was never a volleyball player.)
