The month I reached my goal!
October Mileage: 142 miles. My second highest mileage month. I took 4 rest days during the month.
2013 Year to Date: 1315. I reached my goal of running 1300 miles. It is the year of the number 13!
October Long Runs: None. Just races.
Core work: Since I’ve given up on my 5:00 plank goal (don’t judge me, I just wasn’t that into it), I have started doing a few minutes of other core exercises a few times a week. I don’t know what it will develop into, but I know I want to tone my midsection a bit. I’m open to suggestions. But nothing that takes more than about 10-15 minutes.
